Delivery timing depends on product availability and destination. A product shown as available is held in our stock in France. Generally, allow up to 48 working hours for order preparation and 5 working days for delivery. A dispatch lead time is not a delivery date. If you have already ordered, contact us with your order reference so we can check its progress.

Standard delivery is to the kerbside outside your property and does not include carrying items upstairs or assembly. Before ordering, let us know about any access restrictions and arrange the help needed to move the packages and assemble your equipment.

Check the packages before signing, photograph any damage and describe the issues clearly on the delivery document. Contact our customer service promptly with your order reference and supporting evidence. Our Delivery and Return page includes a photo of a typical pallet and full details of the procedure to follow if the delivery does not conform to expectations.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and the change you would like. We will check whether it is still possible, depending on preparation or dispatch progress. A change is confirmed only once we have approved it.

Contact our customer service with your order reference. If you need a correction, specify which details are affected. We will check your request before sending the document or confirming any changes that can be made.

Discount codes cannot be combined with current offers unless stated otherwise. If your code has not arrived, check your spam folder. If the issue continues, contact us with the code and the relevant items.
