Use and compatibility

You can find our demonstrations and tutorials on the product page of our website or on the Powertec Fitness YouTube channel. Choose a video matching your model and version. If you cannot find the right resource, tell us which machine you have and what you need help with.

We do not guarantee compatibility or safe use of our attachments with equipment from other brands. Similar mounting dimensions alone are not sufficient to establish compatibility.

Compatibility depends on the model and sometimes its generation. Check the product page for the attachment page before buying. If in doubt, send us the machine and attachment references, together with the serial number if available.

Our equipment is designed for indoor installation. A covered terrace or an open shelter does not necessarily protect it from humidity and changing weather conditions. Before any non-standard installation, contact us with the model and the intended conditions.

Our products are suitable for use by clubs, associations and medical practices. For gyms, suitability depends on the model, number of users and intensity of use. If in doubt, tell us about your organisation and project before buying so our team can check which equipment and conditions suit your intended use.

Allow for the machine itself, movement, plate loading and access. Attachments may increase the space required. If room is limited, send us the room dimensions and planned setup before buying.
