Problems logging in, shopping cart or placing an order

If you have placed an order on our previous site in the past, you may be experiencing the following problems:

  • Unable to log in to your customer account
  • Unable to fill your basket and place an order

To resolve these problems, you'll need to clear your browser's history by deleting at least its "Cookies" and "Cache ".
