These are a nice upgrade to the standard factory hooks that come With the power rack.

I added these to a “vintage” powered rack, and it has given it some new life. I added a rackable trap bar, so my original j hooks are holding that. I find myself using these, especially for overhead presses when I need to see the target out of the corner of my eye.
