Designed following the same specification for our leading Power Rack, the Workbench Half Rack is the perfect solution for serious trainer with limited space. The new WB-HR comes with newly designed J-hook and an increase in height. The user has the option to expand in the future, using our Lat Tower attachment (WB-LTO) or the unique F.I.D. bench (WB-UB) for additional exercises.

I like the half rack, sturdy and versatile for a small home gym.

I love this rack. I have used it for just about a month now. I have an older detached garage (1948) and the 84" height was perfect. With the streamline bench, 7' Olympic bar, Olympic plates and dip bars I can perform most full gym exercises. I also attached a Spud Inc. Hi-Low pulley system to the cross bar and use it to hang a heavy bag and TRX too. If you have limited space or height this is a great rack for the money!

The entire process was the best. I order the half rack and days later the weight package. So stoked about my home gym now.

I have the old half rack. I wish there was an upgrade option.
