Designed following the same specification for our leading Power Rack, the Workbench Half Rack is the perfect solution for serious trainer with limited space. The new WB-HR comes with newly designed J-hook and an increase in height. The user has the option to expand in the future, using our Lat Tower attachment (WB-LTO) or the unique F.I.D. bench (WB-UB) for additional exercises.

This rack is well designed and perfect size for my living space. It was not too difficult to assemble. It would be nice if the safety spotter arms were longer though.

I love my half rack. It is very sturdy and well built. The footprint takes up very little room and I dont feel like I sacrifice anything over having a full rack. This item needs more social media attention. Not everyone has room for a giant rack or wants to spend a ton of money. This is a great piece of equipment and I highly recommend it. Also, assembly is a breeze.

Awesome piece. Gym quality equipment at a great price. Being a half rack it doesn’t take up as much space as you think. I highly recommend this extremely stable and strong rack for doing bench presses and squats. It also works great for pull ups, military presses and shoulder shrugs.
