FAQs
FAQ
Yes. The Powertec Levergym allows you to work all the major muscle groups thanks to its versatile design, including movements like bench presses, squats, pull-ups, and much more.
Leverage stations, like the Powertec Levergym, allow for guided movements, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing the workload on the targeted muscles.
A multi-function weight training machine is a versatile piece of equipment designed to offer a variety of exercises, allowing users to work multiple muscle groups with a single machine. Ideal for home workouts, it combines different stations to perform numerous movements. Compact and suitable for all levels, it helps strengthen and sculpt the entire body while optimizing space and budget.
A multi-function weight training machine is ideal for the home for several reasons:
Versatility: A multi-function machine allows for a wide variety of exercises, targeting different muscle groups (chest, back, arms, legs, abs). This avoids the need to purchase multiple pieces of equipment, providing a complete full-body workout.
Space-saving: These machines are designed to be compact and offer multiple functions in one device. This makes them suitable for limited spaces, unlike buying separate equipment for each exercise.
Cost-effective: While the initial cost may be high, in the long term, a multi-function machine is a worthwhile investment compared to the expense of gym memberships or buying several specialized machines.
Convenience and flexibility: You can train whenever you want without needing to go to the gym or adhere to its opening hours. This allows you to fit your sessions around your schedule.
Safety: Multi-function weight machines are often designed to provide better safety, especially for beginners. Unlike free weights, they help maintain proper alignment and reduce the risk of injury.
Personalized progression: These machines offer the ability to adjust resistance or weight levels according to your fitness level, enabling you to progress at your own pace.
Motivation: Having equipment at home makes training more accessible and eliminates excuses related to commuting or lack of time, encouraging a more consistent and lasting workout routine.
In summary, a multi-function weight training machine is an excellent choice for those who want to benefit from a comprehensive, convenient, and flexible workout at home.
There are a number of machines available for building upper body strength. Your choice will depend on the area of your body you wish to exercise. Machines are available to work various upper-body muscles, such as :

- High pulley: Perfect for triceps and shoulders.
- Bench press/incline: Builds pectoral muscles.
- Vertical pull: Strengthens back and biceps.
- Weight station: Allows you to work several muscle groups with different exercises.
- Rowing machine: Excellent for a full-body workout, including upper body.
The bench is included with the Levergym. Weight plates are sold separately unless an offer states otherwise.
