Powertec equipment is of the highest quality and the leg press is no different. I’ve seen some reviews saying it’s heavy and difficult to get in and out , but it’s a home gym set up, so not sure what people are expecting.

I bought the original workbench around 2008 and have no regrets with the functionality, durability, quality and cost. POWERTEC shows commitment to continual improvements and the product is ungradable to the new standard and I'm still enjoying the benefits of convenience and strength. Noel

I had high hopes for this but no matter how much I load on this it's just not the right angle to get a good lift from. It's also a huge pain to get into & out of the slot on the bench. It just sits out of the way in my gym. I love the rest of my Powertec stuff so save your money for a real leg press.

Overall I’m satisfied with the leg press attachment. It does its job and takes up less space without being insane over priced. I do wonder if the vertical leg press would be better though. Switching this and the leg curl/Ext attachment is annoying. If the square tube isn’t perfectly aligned it won’t go down. I also find that the highest setting still causes the poll to bottom out. And if you load up the weight your bench will tip forward.
